Yes, my Chinese are rigid, I came from Saturday morning Chinese classes and from reading 天下.

Allow me to borrow Ben's line ...... in an ideal world, everyone adapted/educated and respect each other, then there is no war, no racism and no hatred.  However, it is a totally different story in the real world.  IMO, a sensitive topic like this not only it might be offensive to some but it also could easily back fire big time.

Obviously, you are entitled to your opinion and I am entitled to mine. Thanks for your feedback anyway.

i don't hunt often but here are my two pennies; i realize it's a very biased, stereotype and irrational view point, sorry if i offend any non chinese bros here.

While as a 20+ year canadian immigrant, i recognize we need to be diverse and welcoming, but at the same time i sort of enjoy the exclusivity of a chinese community.  Esp with the recent bbfs fiasco, i've been a bit more paranoid than usual and been turning to garages and indys that are chinese exclusive.  Again, i know linking bbfs to non-chinese is pretty inaccurate and even chinese will ask for bbfs, but that's only what my guts are saying.

So my main concern with welcoming non-chinese with open arms is this: if more and more gweilo start asking about lcy, or other chinese exclusive garages, will they be tempted to open up their doors to anyone?  I'd prefer if there's one or two that remains asian exclusive.  Again, these are irrational thoughts as there's inherent danger in hunting regardless of race, but at least with a chinese only garage, i'd "feel" safer.

my 2 cents, apologies if i offended anyone.  At the end of the day, i won't say BAN the gwailos, but maybe keep a lower profile outside of the chinese community?

(but at the same time... why would gwailos come here? Terb is a much bigger site with more members, and same commercials minus the asian exclusive garages, maybe someone can enlighten me on that)
