Ferrari seems to get a lot of the hype because of Hamilton. I still think we cannot discount Red Bull and Max. However, I still believe McLaren will continue to do well in 2025. They have two very capable drivers, now with more experiences, they should perform better and better each season.

IF Max gets a lot of penalties (FIA is beginning to see Max's unruly behaviour on the track) which will affect his starting grid positions & end-of race positions. These penalties can accumulate to affect his racing license, resulting in a suspension!
Furthermore, FIA is getting annoyed with Max's language used between his race engineers during the races & his equally vulgar language used in post race interviews.
