if you are in the usa, and in the right state.. adultery may be Felony or Misdemeanor...
but in canada, it's nothing more than a reason for divorce...
you are pretty much fucked... it's a no-fault system in canada... so she is entitled of half of the total assets and even alimony until she settles
and for the guy she cheated with...
if you are really hurt go see a psychologist or psychiatrist to assess the extent of your emotional distress, gather all evidence of harm, provide evidence of changes in your daily life, such as missed work days or altered social interactions, to support your claim... and file for compensatory damages...before filing anything to make consult with a lawyer... but start going to a psychologist consultation talking about it will soothing your pain...
lastly if all those procedure fail...
you can't do shit if he is single... if he is married or in a relation... you may try to ruin his life by exposing it...
