The real risk is not about getting it from one single encounter with a MM or even ONS.

The real risk is that after a while when there are enough infected bros out there, even for a not deadly STDs, then the infection will suddenly explode quickly because the MMs out there will then eventually be infected, no matter BBFS or not.

Given the trend, be ready to see that happening a few months down the road.

On the other hand, there were studies about people who never get infected by STDs even after many encounters etc. but no definitely discovery on why these guys are not infected ...
