This reminds me of the man whom sued his wife for birthing ugly children.
TLDR: wife got plastic surgery, got married, had kids.  Kids look like ugly wife, husband sues wife, husband wins.

I wonder how a case like this would be decided in North America?
Social media would crazy over something like this and I see a huge divide.
