Oh I saw some video so basically from 1080 to 3080 it’s not like a iPhone update from iPhone 10 to iPhone 13, it’s more like a 2018 Mercedes gle to 2020 Mercedes’ gle. So it’s really not the new model they r inventing rather just a minor upgrade.

I don't think so. New computers are fast enough to do most of things with included graphic card.
If you like to to lots of media or games, It really depends on what you want to do with it.

You must not be serious. 3080 OWNS 1080. It's a bigger upgrade than iPhone 13 vs 11. Also the 4000 series is about to come out.
