2022 F-1' GP's Race Schedule

The 2022 Austrian F-1 GP has ended.

LeClerc, Max, Hamilton, Russell.

1.  There was NO live telecast because of Mens Wimbledon Tennis Final.
2.  Max led from the start with LeClerc followed closely behind.  LeClerc made several unsuccessful attempts to pass which failed, but finally made it through.
3.  Max was involved in a minor on track incident & went into the gravel  which eliminated his chances of mounting a come back.  Oh yes, Sainz's car caught fire before that & was out of the race.
4.  Hamilton & Russell moved into third & fourth until end of race.

If & when race highlights are available, I will copy & paste.

Look at it this way:

How lucky was Zhou in the previous race!  That is why I said "Zhou could have been roasted to "well done" !
Looking forward now, the next race will be the French F-1 in two weeks time.  MB is inching closer, RB for sure is worried because both RB & Ferrari have reliability issues!

French GP always fun with the large runoff areas, I'm expecting RB to take advantage of the long straights aswell

2022's French F-1 is this weekend.

2 Practice Session had been completed which could give us some indication re what to expect in the real race.

The 3rd Practice Session is tomorrow, to be followed by the Qualifying Sessions.  I am still of the opinion that MB has improved but NOT there yet.  Ferrari & RB have the speed but reliability is always a question mark.

So, until tomorrow.................

1.   The Qualifying Sessions of 2022's French F-1 GP has finished.  The grid for tomorrow's race will be:
LeClerc    Max
Perez       Hamilton

2.  Sainz changed engine after Practice & therefore will start from the back of the pack.

3.  Hamilton's speed is not even close but faster than all others.  He could only hope that reliability is still an issue for the top three.

4.  There will be live TV coverage at 0855, TSN1, but check your local listings.

The 2022's French F-1 GP has just finish, & what a race!

The result:

Max, Hamilton, Russell, Perez, Sainz.

LeClerc retired due to crashing his car, not sure whether it was reliability problem or the driver.
The big winner is actually Team MB which improved but still not there yet, but managed to secure 2nd & 3rd place.

I think in another 2 races, MB will give both Ferrari & RB a run for their money.

Before LeClerc's crash, he was actually faster than Max.
