it was from original dealership, but a third party leasing for your info. and the leasing was also from a financing company owned by CoastCapital

wow.. that's surprising & quite unexpected.. if official dealership then you can complain to head office and omvic https://www.omvic.on.ca/portal/Consumers/Complaints.aspx and consider bringing up issue in social media which usually gets their attention.

And name & shame the dealership on public forum (maybe not on this particular one ) would hurt their business too.

整个车行 员工 经理 都是上下串通，很难投诉。
结果 自己拿钱买断，又要再找办法卖。
所有多余 买卖交易的 税务费用，都要自己扛

仔细看看原先的合同，如果他们确实应该回收，可以试试起诉他们

不过之后我把合同 给其他车行朋友 帮忙看
他们找有关我情况的字眼 ，就是那些印的特别小 一张纸密密麻麻 合同背后的，真的95% 的人都不会去看的地方
