Kushner, son in law of Trump, is like Trump. Real estate developers.
They both need bank money to finance, domestic banks may not loan them at good rates or the $ volume.
So they will need foreign bankers, such as Russian, Israeli banks to help out.
Kushner made a big mistake with 2006 purchase of 666 fifth avenue building for 1.8 or 4 billion , mostly in debt, 50million of their own money. Tried every way to refinance or sell part of it to repay the loan.
Chinese Anbang was going to buy some, but fell through.
Russian rich people may want to launder their money out of Russia and supported these guys with money to finance their buildings possibly at good interest rates.
