How to reply Wechat(微信) message "are you there / 在嗎" ?

I also don't like the person just ask "r u there?". In usual I just reply it late.

用wechat(以前icq/msn)最大優點係唔洗即回, 可以想清楚先回, 唔想理嘅人和事情可以扮睇唔到. 問你在不在就係唔俾你知哖事, 要你蒲頭先講, 等你冇得扮唔係度. 所以一般情況如果有人問我 '在嗎' 我唔會回.

On the other hands, if the reason for the chat is inviting me dinner in a fancy restaurant, I would like to reply. Just if it is for borrowing money, then I will pretend I'm not available. By seeing 'r u there?' triggers my curiosity.

this is a tough one I am always conflicted as most of them are scams looking for money. every once in a while you do meet a genuine person this way..
