what is the best way to give your donation?

I use an envelope.
And I always do it at the very beginning. Does not matter if it is first time or 15th time I see this MM. Always at the beginning for me.

What's the point in holding the cash until the end of the session? Do you collect special interest if you hols it in your pocket extra hour?

Ummmm, yes there is some "special interest" by holding it in my pocket till the end.  What is the special interest?  When I whisper in their ear when I am leaving that my "thank you" is in  my front left pocket. Why left?  Guess. Lol.   Then the games start all over again, sometimes.

Sorry, just another one of my fantasies.  I usually leave the donation on the side table once I am fully dressed.

I used to use envelope in my early hunting (in and outcalls). The problem of envelope (at least for incall) I found is that they have to open and count them in front of you. Some of MMs dont want to do that but still they have to make sure you provided enough. For outcalls it's a different story since they have to stash that away, and envelope make it easier to carry around. I think we are agreed to disagree here This was just based on my previous experience.

For me it is usually only a couple of bills. So it is easy for them to count 3-4 bills inside a money envelope quickly and discretely.
2 x $100
1 x $50 or 3 x $20

To MM it makes a whole lot of difference if you make them count in 20s or in 100s.
It's almost as if I had made their day, for finally a wolf giving them easy carry/count amount.
You can see the 'thank god, no more 20s!' look from them.

When will we get to the APPLY PAY, samsung, ali, google etc.
NFC electronic transfer.

Advantage:
No counterfeit money, no counting, instant, no money on site.

Disadvantage:
Good solid evidence for court case.  
But for real, who would bother the ladies one on one.  
Metro cops are making a lot more money before tax than
MM after their agecncy, keeper cut before tax.  Cops do not have to show their beautiful bodies.
