最近在约asian的MM的时候有好几次被问了race，一般对话如下：
对方：Are you Asian or White?
我：I am Asian.
对方：Are you canadian born?
我：No, I am from China.
然后有的还有下文，有的干脆就没了。如果我问为什么要问race，对方都说没什么。
我倒不是觉得被问race会有什么问题，只是因为有些MM问完race以后还接着给预约，不太清楚被问race的目的是什么。

You don't get it. He is not talking about the common questions that bros ask MM's to make conversation. He is talking about the questions he got asked when he called to make the booking.
I don't think he called a 亚洲车房. It is most likely he called some ad on Backpage or elsewhere that mostly targets Gwai Lo's.
Right off the bat, you can tell they mainly serve Gwai Lo's if they answer the phone and ask questions in English instead of Chinese.
Most likely they are the type that uses very obviously fake pics of incredibly hot models or celebrities on their ads and claim to be 18 or 20 when they are actually 40 or 50.
Why do they ask if you are Asian? Because they know that they can only get Gwai Lo customers (and only those with very poor taste). They know if you (an Asian) go there, you will end up walking out and wasting their time. So they don't even want you to go at all.
