Have not been to NYC for almost 3 years.
Used to go there to work every week.
Do not find NYC interesting or I will go there very often.
Find it stressful to drive or even taking MTR over there.
Too many people, but not as many as China major city though.

If you enjoy steak, prepare your own, they are cheaper and much better taste (assuming you know how to marinate and grill).

Beef prices are so high these days + the meat is rather tough comparing with others, I shy away from it altogether.  I go for lamb.

Canada has grade aaa aa etc.

Why spend $100 in a restaurant like this?
I would have walked away like seeing an ugly mm opening the door
Also people who eats there use company accounts, eat and drink they don't pay themselves.
This society is corrupt, this government is just taxing the middle income people, the rich never have to pay.
Costco is a good place to buy steaks, their tenderloin is very good. Ribeye is too fatty and strip loin quality is not that consistent.
TNT's angus beef is edible and reasonably priced. But make sure it is angus beef.
