Uber eats 需要给小费吗？

小费是外卖员工资的一大部分，所以一般给10%就行。

It's important to tip because they don't pay people enough, the whole system behind it is stupidly built.

I also don't mess with anything that could impact my uber ratings, because I want to get good drivers when I travel. Uber is not very honest about what ratings they share.

I usually tip after they deliver, never before. I do it based on distance, anything helps, even a few dollars
