First, claim down, the chance of get std from bbbj is very very low. Only happen to people who have high virus count in the throat, and you dick have to be touching her throat.
I am guessing this is just a uti infection, which is normal if you took antibiotics from the HFC that doesn't agree with you.

Second, go to your family doctor, some of these HFC are run by volunteers which know jack shit. They would rather give you false positive than false negative. Actually that how the test is designed.

I am speaking from experience, I got fucked by one of these HFC badly. The antibiotics they gave me fucked up my body so badly that it took me a long time to recover.

If "gono", you will feel PAIN during urination.  If no pain, it is not gono, might be something else.

Don't worry too much man. I had a same experience with a white SP. I was worried that I got something because my little general was a bit itch and some red dots on the head.
