i have to agree MW been doing too much PS on photo, sometimes it's very disappointed when you meet up tje girls in the condo.

also where are the hk and mainland girls ？ MW used to have some good one before but now is all k girls which they are not really MCOT.......

Here is my take:

MW's consumer targets are gwei-los & MW promotes heavily on gwei-lo forums.  MW's specialty is kimchi which MW gets from "wholesalers".  Kimchis are full-time pros & since their overseas business opportunities are arranged by the wholesalers, they are easier to manage.

Dim sums, particularly the young part-timers, are much more difficult to recruit & "control" PLUS a high percentage would not want to serve gwei-los.  This makes recruitment much more difficult.

Why just MW?   Majority of the garages do the same on photos and most are taken by the same guys.  You have to discount the photo to mange your expectation.
