In very very rare cases that mm with have interest in you besides the money. As cruel as I might sound as well as others it isn't worth your time and money with mm. Remember you are not richard gere in the movie pretty woman.
Many of use have felt the same way with guilty feelings as well as emptiness afterwards. It is because there were no actual feels exchanged but rather a business transaction.
