Just before sex, the girl squeezes or applies a jell (liquid condom) inside the vagina that coats the wall of the vagina.  It acts like a protective layer preventing semen, bacteria, virus from attaching to the way or going further inside.   

After, she just pees everything out.

I think it protects girl more than it protects you.

日本妹基本上是液體套，反正奉勸大家，液體套風險也很大，只是可能不會細傷口接觸，但如果一樣可以就更危險，血液與傷口一定最危險，其次，液體套只保護對方不保護你們，如果用多過一次一直唔換唔洗比純無套更可怕，而且有時限的不值得冒險，有沒病外表不一定看得出來，很多女性更容易感染HIV只是帶病毒不病發而已，不要搞得萬人共沐浴，群雄齊親熱。。@@

"Liquid condom" doesn't work.
It's no different from unprotected sex.
