我最近购买了7/11 speakout卡,所以我可以解释这个过程:

1. Find a 7/11 away from home
2. You can see their 7/11 card hanging near the counter, it is only $10
3. Pay cash to fill up, it is $25
4. Go home and create a speakout account. You will need the sim card number, the receipt voucher number and your unlocked phone's identification number. This part, technically is still traceable, so what I did was to use the ID number of an old phone to activate my sim card, and later plug it into another unlocked phone.
5. power cycle the phone, and you should be able to see speakout at the left corner
6. I called a few stores after this, and the number is always accepted
