Why do we have Brexit and Trump wave?
Basic human instinct is to survive.
You can survive via Survival of the fittest.
Good old days, strong man, muscle, marksmanship, swordsman will do.
Think of OLD China being divided and robbed by the EIGHT nations because it is WEAK.
Never knew Opium War was started (as a HK student) by England to export opium to PAY for Tea, as they do not want to use gold for barter.
Selfish now is the word for developed nations now.
No more do gooders, nice guy mentality of liberals.
American and English are more interested in their OWN well being.
Mostly uneducated, working class wondering where their next piece of bread coming from.
Trade was never the issue, as work will be DONE by robots created by high tech companies in Silicon Valley and Boston and DC etc. by ONLY a few genius kids.
They think all these illegals are taking away their jobs and lowering their wages by over supply of cheap labor within the nation, cheap foreign labor also taking away their rust belt heavy industry jobs (think Ohio, Michigan, Indiana etc). Though they will not work in the field and landscaping jobs. Look at the clean air here vs China all caused by heavy industries to make steel, glass, cement etc.
No more, they want a new life to benefit themselves instead, ie, handout to themselves if there is handout from the government. This is their land. Remember White Australia and Canada policy to exclude Asians and others. |
