Being a paranoid older wolf, I would still avoid visiting these high traffic areas during high traffic hours, just for my JJ's peace of mind, or my jj will have a tough time rising up for the occasion.

Agree with you that the day will come.
I have the query how do the MPs who provide full service dispose of the used condoms. Unlikely the Spa owner would allow dumping them into the toilet bowls, that will block the sewage pipe in time. I would imagine when popo gather enough information about a particular Spa/MP providing full service, they will arrange a search under a warrant issued by the court. If the timing is not correct, the search may not result in any finding, but it will give an alarm to all Spa operators that they should behave themselves.
Years ago, I went to a Spa in Midland, the C9 MP told me that no toilet tissue was placed inside the room, before handjob started, she had to bring in paper towel for wiping my JJ after job done. A roll of toilet paper inside the massage room did give indication to customers that handjob is available. That is not appropriate for a legitimate Spa. Almost the same time, a brother here recommended me to try a MP in a Spa at Sheppard, he told me he had to bring away his juice inside the condom when leaving the Spa. lol.
