Yes, our purpose is to make it so that privileges are earned, not automatically given. This way members will contribute more, and be more mindful to respect the forum rules, otherwize we may revoke their points & privileges.

Also, the main reason we set restrictions on new members is to prevent 騙子 from constantly opening new accounts.

可是100还是很难呢，感觉说得上话的都回了，还发了帖，也就凑够30个，回帖要有内容，也不能灌水，都要没话说了。。。
