I don't think it has anything to do with the new law since Ontario legislation officially said they won't actively enforce it. Personally I think the Korean MM found other market more lucrative like in LA, Japan or Korea
Not much has changed. Winter is always slower because the kimchis don't like the cold weather. Plus Korean New Year is the same day as Chinese New Year. So a lot of kimchis go back for that. Once spring comes, things will be a lot better again.
Its true, many kimchis have commented that toronto's customers are much harder to please. They pay less and demand more. A lot of them skip the Toronto stop on their world tour performances.
Let's all be thankful that we have so many beautiful korean girls here. Otherwize, we'd be stuck with bad overpriced dim sum, C9, and gweimuis. 99.9% of chinese guys will never know what it is to make love to a beautiful k-pop girl. consider yourself lucky to have been with a korean girl.

Of course its human nature to be picky and ungrateful for what they already have. I remember when I first came to Canada. We were lucky to even have C9's, and we'd have to line up for them.
Even a couple of years back, the infamous Korean mechanic service was norm. Now its like heaven. But people are still complaining.... $140 is too expensive.... she wasn't passionate enough.... there wasn't enough enthusiasm.... she doesn't allow DFK.... and so on....
One day not too far from now, the scene will change again, and these guys will be pounding their own balls for being too greedy.

New (added) law affects only Advertisers and Johns.
Advertisers : Can not be convicted unless MM and John pledged guilty voluntary (in court).
John : Unless stupidity kicks in (pledge guilty voluntary in court).
MMs : No difference to new law. (illegal governed by old law)
