It depends. The police don't want to spend a lot of resource for one small bust. But if there's drugs or underage mm's or those asshole abusive pimps, then the police will go after them. Those are the main targets of the law. And most of those kinds are found on backpage ads for incalls at cheap motel rooms.

Based on my experiences, donations come after the service. If they prompt for it prior to the service, then just casually ask her to take off her clothes while you stall for it with your hand in your pocket

Not 100% ... Just be careful!
"Street cloth female police" (180lb. 5'4" face 4/10) would arrest you after the "act" when you handling the money (to her).
But, she'll give you a break if you can preform the 2nd "act" again.
