It is interesting that so many Japanese providers offer this, while almost no Chinese or Korean providers offer it. I guess it's more common in Japan?

不管跟谁都要戴套，就算HIV异性传播概率很低还可能中其他STD，就算真的没事等检验报告那几周心惊胆战能把人吓死

Some Taiwanese in Agencies used to offer it.  I don't see much of them lately...mostly Japanese these days.
