That’s something that you should have not been concerned about if a shop wants to keep its reputation in a good way imo.

I had bad exp with them like 2 months ago and I don't think I'll keep using their service. I remember it was like 1:45pm and I texted and ask if I can book for 2:00pm and they said no problem. They just gave me the address but didn't give me which unit it was. All they said it was a unit you can enter from the street. So I got there at 1:55pm, parked, came out of my car and walked to towards the address they gave me. I text them and said I'm here please give me the unit # but there were no response. I ended up leaving at 2:10pm because they didn't reply. At like 2:20 they told me which unit it was I'm like are you fucking kidding me?

Vivi was probably busy reading GG reviews here and taking notes.  ;-)

Seriously, my experience is that GG response time is, on average, faster than any other agencies other than BH (BarbieHouse).  I've had shops forgot about my sessions and didn't respond 15-20 minute after my appointment even after I text them every 5 minute since 15min before my appointment. For booking, I've had shops respond to me after 1 day!

Another experience is that WECHAT sometimes simply stop/block some message without signs, so if I ever get delayed response from a shop for my appointment, I voice-call them directly.

我倒是耐心的看完了，楼主多次在GG碰钉但是还是坚持的尝试了许多次，之间还有哀求店家，我不能理解为什么来来回回这么多次这么久不放弃，难道那里的妹子都是天仙吗？我如果遇到一次就肯定不会再去了。就像前面的一位兄弟说的，尊严更重要。

这么说吧，它的日本妹基本上与照片有较高的一致性，不会碰雷
前台对熟客也比较照顾，有什么想法也容易沟通

Just as an update, i'd like to thank you guys for your support. I was able to have discussions with the shop and found out who was the main shill creating these rumors about me and getting me attacked/shadow banned/feeding lies about me to everyone. User, Donpollo  also known as chinpo daisuki is the culprit. I already suspected him after he has been copying my review style here to get his reviews approved. Thankfully we have mods that have restricted his reviews. He has now been blacklisted/banned by gg for lying and creating harmful rumors about me and the main issue has been resolved. I have also got other associated parties who helped him banned. I encourage other shops to blacklist this malicious shill.

Also I appreciate you guys n mods, wouldn't have been able to clear my name without your support.

wow not surprised, that Chinpo Daisuki guy is not a good guy to say the least. He got me banned from that Shop. Seems like he wants all the Japanese girls to himself
