You provided me direction to enter the unit:[Only when I arrived the building. No early releases]
2 times from front door (not underground parking)
2 times from underground parking

>I concurred that you provide VERY pleasant phone manner. VERY clear instruction (for entering the unit)
>You even politely requesting me to stay in STAIRS (to wait) until the last customer exit (from Nara's unit).

All my 5 visits (only to NARA) are well on-time. Never had 1 minute late (including 1 time stayed in stairs due to early arrival)

Miss Madam (I don't know you name). Needless lingering in this kind of conversation any more.
Politeness/attitude are reciprocal. 你對人有禮貌，人自然對你客氣。

Miss Kitty. You are good too (phone manner)

Mr Andy. Both this "madam" and Kitty are good in their job. You should proud of having these kind of employees. Customers whom they're facing are likely from 三山五嶽 (以為自己有錢大晒）. They needed SPECIAL manner to handle.

一早看帖子，得知龙哥与MW闹心，挺惊讶的。能让龙哥生大气，一定有原因。我一向很满意WM和BF的客服，听声音，感觉是美女帅哥。这世界有时候让两个都nice的人在错误时间进入错误时空。大家各退一步吧。龙哥找个妹子开心一下就过去了。
