i still eat some junk food on the weekend or during movies.. beer and wings beers, twice a month i think.. i drink a lot of water, so my metabolism is fast, i take vitamin, zinc also centrum every other day, and drink lots warm milk before bed

You are given in this area , or blessed . I have to do a lot more to keep my metabolism high . I Normally do 1.5 hour extreme cardio almost every day . Just take rest on Sunday . Cause I drink a lot , mostly red or white and beers as well . Those are all extreme on calories .

i don't drink that often, like 3 times a month, and usually not that much a bottle or two, except last week at strip club, i went nuts, got carried away, usually have good self-control when it comes to drinking
yup pretty much!. was thinking about hunting, but got lazy, too cold outside..will go tomorrow during lunch break, either see asian nicole, or blond iris, will check their schedules later, they r both pretty good, very very different, u should try them out, nicole just moved to dt, iris is near bayview village, so convenient for u inconvenient for me
