What to do in shower?

Hi all,I am still a newbie to this. Just want to ask what bros usually do when taking shower? Do you just stand there and let the mm shower for you, or do you start playing during shower? If you start fooling around during shower, how is the mm going to clean you?

Also after the shower, during the play time, do you let the mm do her usual thing or do you really treat her like your gf and you do whatever you want?
I just want to do whatever other bros do and not something stupid, especially if I want to see a white mm. Don't want to look like a retarded to white girls.

2. Follow the flow -- do whatever is proper & acceptable to the MM. There is no fix rule here.
