North America (actually globally) population is getting more obese.  It is harder and harder to find skinny girl and even boy.  On top of it, once you get the fat, it is hard for it to come off.   I notice as people age, the skinny person looks younger too.   Actually health is impacted by the gaining of weight.   When a C9 keeps her shape, she might look younger too.

我很少去商場逛, 前幾天去了一個主流商場, 剛剛是放學時間, 上便開一下狼眼, 準備看看學生妹, 但不知道當天發生什麼時, 一個比一個肥的肥妹出現在我面前. 她們都是CBC, 聽她們說英文很流利, 沒有口音. 現在的下一代都肥起來了嗎?

You bet.  Only the fresh off the boat Chinese girl are still skinny.  Wait for 3 years and they WILL be chubby too, what a shame.  Is EATING that important or Beauty?

可能來了這邊, 她們看到主流的肥妹, 覺得自己都不算肥, 之後一發不可收拾, 最後選擇了, 放棄, 讓自己肥下去

We all got a thin layer of fat under the skin to adapt to cold YES.  But not so much fat rest of the body.
