Don't eat those crap. They will kill you in the long run.
Eat only beef, eggs and butter if possible.
If one must eat something else, small amount of fruits once a week is ok.
Small amount of honey also ok.
Avoid vegetables - bad for health overall
Avoid fish - too much heavy metals these days
Avoid all seed oil - harmful toxins to everyone and most restaurants use seed oil
Avoid all sugar stuff
Chicken and pork are low in nutrients and high in toxins due to the food they are fed
Even if you do not exercise, going this route for a few months you will feel so much better in every way.
You will repair your body from all the damages from those things you should not eat.
