关于吃药问题？

If you have erection issues, then doctor may prescribe you sildenafil. I take Sidenafil 100mg dosage. For 12 pills, it costs $149 including taxes and shipping fee. So, not that expensive. I can confirm it works but there are side effects. I get bad headache few hours after taking the pill. If you take lower dosage like 25mg or 50 mg you might not experience any headache. There is also other alternative options like Cialis etc. out there you may want to try. From my experience of trialing different dosage or medication, I can tell 100 mg Sidenafil is best out there to solve the problem.

There are also many over the counter herbal medication out there which can increase your libido, enhance pleasure and performance. How safe they are to take for long term that you need to discuss that with your doctor. There are also really bad side effects of using them like you may start losing your hair, develop insomnia, pimples, always feeling like to have sex etc. Due to these side effects, I do not take any over the counter medication now.

藥有三種，第一種廣為人知，就是西地那非(sidenafil 短效)或是它達那非（Tadalafil 長效）

這種藥主要是擴張血管，用來維持硬度，後遺症是眼睛事後會模糊，血管鈣化的人或是有高血壓的吃這藥幹完砲後命也快掛了
這種藥北美開的不一定適合你，反而是亞洲的藥會好很多

第二種是草本的藥，草本藥最常見的是馬卡（Maca）或是印度人蔘（ashwagandha）或是紅蔘(ginseng)，這種草本藥主要是舒壓，增加游離睪酮（free testerone)
因為有些人總量正常，但是游離量不夠，也會有睪酮不足的情形，吃這些補藥或可以增加游離睪酮

第三種最坑，就是增加睪酮，吃種吃多了身體就不會自主產生睪酮了

ＧＧ硬不起來其實是身體給你發的警訊，在你研究吃啥藥前，或許見一見家庭醫生驗一下血糖，血壓，以及膽固醇，脂肪肝這類的

你把身體養好了，也不用吃這些藥來助興

There are some numbing creams, gels and sprays out there to reduce sensitivity and delay premature ejaculation. But, I would not recommed them as it decreases the feeling and sexual pleasure.

Not sure which one you bought. But prices of Pfizer Viagra is higher than Generic Viagra (sildenafil). Depending on pharmacy, prices may also vary. I order from Upguys pharmacy in Burnaby.
