U guys r rite, Jenny's shop is sold to a new guy and changed name to City Beauty. I'm not sure if back open for business yet. Same girls for now, but the new keeper says he's going to try to change the lineup a bit later.
Maybe the tweedle dee and dum bros bought her out. It was all the rage in the 80s ,, called a hostile take over ..in 2011 it's called taking a short position while conducting negative rumour campaign

That is unlikely to be the case because if they intend to bring down the market value to achieve hostile takeover, they would not spread the STD rumours. That will carryover and bring down the business permanently. More likely Jenny was forced out of business by competitors but was able to find a sucker to sell it off to.
