Dutch accident investigators have concluded that pro-Russian rebels were responsible for the the downing of Malaysian Airways which killed 220+ passengers.
Let us not kid ourselves, firing a missile is not something which an untrained person can do, IMHO definitely not the Pro-Russian rebels. It had to be regular Russian military in un-marked military uniforms.
