Any free Photoshop software available ?

Heard about all these pictures being PHOTOSHOPED to make them pretty, say whiter, slimmer, rounder etc.
Would appreciate if I can get my hands on one to try it out.Hopefully not just a 7 day trial version.

Windows or IOS or Android ok, just free though.

But you gonna know some Chinese to use them. This company is now publicly traded in HK stock exchange and worth billions...For built an app does one thing only...polishing selfie~!

Me Chinese, raised in HK, passed U entrance exam with flying color.
No problem to read Chinese, just writing may be hard.
