看来看去只有tesla遥遥领先，其他品牌全球销量都是些零头。不像国内百花齐放。

As you may realize that Canada is very resistant to new technologies and its safety associated.
You are correct that Tesla has dominated the North America market, they have invested so much on the whole technology, sell, services and charging infrastructure.
On the other hand, lots of EV from Mainland China has not been approved on North America and not to mention on tax duty.
I feel that is not comparable product but we welcome all other EV manufacturers to North America as we will have mor choices

I really don't think i would see EV from mainland china in the near future

I think that one reason is Canadian wether is really not friendly to electric cars.
the lost of power is almost 20% of the full battery.

一个是天气，一个是用车环境。这么破的基建充电桩都是个问题，除了那几座大城市.此外很多人都喜欢长途road trip，电车更不方便。

Canada goverment pursudes EV which has zero emission. However the manufacture process of battery are not ECO friendly and has higher carbon emissions compared to gasoline cars.

North America has go for alternative fuel in next goverment. The current policy has only a few EV may not be bad for end user

the range is crap

the advertise and the real usable range is a huge difference. The actual usable range is probably -40% of the advertise range.
