感觉为了安全还是换一下吧，不光是下雪不下雪，普通胎冬季会变硬，抓地力会变差

确实，法规是四季胎，但考虑下雪天的安全，还是换上雪胎比较好，花一点点钱，避免很多危险

Instead of all season, try all weather tires. More expensive, but better in winter and you don't need to change.
