Well it is kind of like black and white It's like an if and else if statement

No, virus is still virus, this particular one has a high R0 value (highly transmitable)

It takes one case to spread to 30 others, literally, then everyone else will have to get tested because

Believe me, I love paying girls for sex rather than tricking them to bed or picking them up. But as long as there are still cases and no vaccine, the above case is highly likely.
