No, its because those shops are terrible and can only rip off Gwai Lo, so if you are Asian, they know that even if you go there you will end up walking out. So they don't even want to waste their own time.
Its more like those girls (old women actually) know that only White guys will fuck them. They know that an Asian guy who sees them will run away in horror.
As an Asian guy, I only visit MM's that mainly serve Asians. Just like if I want Chinese food, I will go to a restaurant where most of the customers are Chinese and where I can speak Chinese with them. I will not go to some ghetto "Fat Wong's Chop Suey" type place that mainly serves small town White folk (because even white folks in Toronto has developed more sophisticated tastes).
