There are no 时钟酒店 in Toronto. The closest thing you can get is 4 hours stay at Scarborough Inn for $80. That place is ghetto and I don't recommend it. Use an app like Hotel.com and you can get a decent hotel room for under $100.

many hotels have a day rate, from 7 AM or 8 AM to 5 or 6 PM for about $70.
The price will vary by quality of the hotel brand. Delta, Hilton and Renaissance to name a few.
