Good or not. Its best to try yourself. No matter how good the MM is, there's always going to be someone that says she is bad. Same goes the other way around, even terrible MM's have some guys sticking up for them.
I presume you are asking if 樂樂 is willing to perform just massage for you, according to my understanding of her working attitude, yes, she is happy if client asks for massage only. Of course, letting her know your need before hand is most important. As I have said earlier on, you should ask her over the phone before deciding go or no go.
