Of course not. You guys should stop over reacting and actually think things through logically.
Spas and massage parlours are all licensed businesses. Do you think the city will license a bawdy house? Unless the spa hangs out a sign in front that says "come on in, we sell sex" they will not be targeted. Furthermore the city has nothing to gain. As mentioned earlier, it cost the government large amounts of money to do police work, prepare a case, and take it to court. Not only that, but closing down a licensed business means lost of tax revenue.
Unless the spa is very indiscreet, makes it openly known that they sell sex, and is a nuisance to neighbours causing them to file complaints, the cops are not going to care. |
