Normally I book early in the day for a lunch or shortly after lunch appointment. Weekends and Evenings I assume are busy and they likely prioritize regulars for those hours

That's true, recently I can connect with them again. It all starts from a random text one afternoon, I just want to try my luck on a week day and I got the response right away.
