2020 房价走势?

各位有没有觉得最近房市不是很景气? 央行之前加息，现在被迫降息是不是反映了加拿大经济的萧条开始？
我估计下一步2020还要降息，土豆连任后必然再开放移民增加房市水量，可是杯水车薪，所以还要降息，那么会不会房价回暖?

AH, I did a little search and saw them raising interest rates and tax rates at that time (when the price were dropping). And USD started to go strong at the same time. It could be a reason too, money flowing to America as they saw it was rising.

但如果像大概十年前美国，欧洲那种金融危机的时候还在房市里，就要熬一段苦日子了...

那会儿已经不是小泡沫了，而且现在房市泡沫根本不大，个人感觉泡沫大不大就看贷款的限制宽不宽松，当然不能从这一个方面来界定，但是至少可以反映出来一些问题

贷款的话，能看到的是利率很低，限制的松紧具体不太知道。 但我觉得这种四处封锁的时候，要保持经济数据好看，限制应该不会严吧
